“I’ve been a fan of The Price is Right my entire life, so stepping into this iconic role is an absolute thrill,” said Howie Mandel, expressing his excitement about hosting the Canadian adaptation of the beloved game show.
Set to premiere on March 10, 2026, at 8 p.m. EST on Citytv, The Price is Right Canada aims to bring a fresh perspective to the long-running franchise, which has captivated audiences for over seven decades in the U.S.

Ashley Callingbull, serving as the prize presenter, shared her enthusiasm, stating, “I get to speak and share a bit of myself. I even get to speak Cree on the show, so I feel more involved.” This personal touch aims to create a deeper connection between contestants and viewers.
In addition to the interactive format, the show will showcase all Canadian-made prizes, including cash, cars, and trips, with cash prizes reaching up to $70,000. “Not only are we sharing more stories about why the contestants want to win, how important it is to them, but also the prizes are much bigger than the U.S. version,” said Callingbull.
