A woman was arrested after multiple shots were fired into Rihanna’s home in Beverly Hills, California, on March 8, 2026. The incident occurred around 1:21 p.m. local time, with police reporting that approximately 10 shots were fired from a vehicle described as a white Tesla parked across the street.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Rihanna was home at the time, along with her partner, A$AP Rocky, and their three children: RZA Athleston, Riot Rose, and Rocki Irish Mayers.
The suspect, Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, aged 35, was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder. An assault rifle and seven casings were found in her vehicle. Ortiz is currently in jail on a $10 million bond.
According to LAPD radio dispatch, “approximately 10 shots had been fired at the home from a vehicle described as a white Tesla parked across the street.” The LAPD Robbery Homicide Division is investigating the incident.
This incident is not the first time Rihanna has faced threats to her safety. In 2018, a man broke into her house in the Hollywood Hills and was sentenced to probation for stalking.
