Surgery for Vocal Cord Cancer
At the age of 78, Claude Dubois has been battling bone marrow cancer for ten years. In order to focus on his recovery, he has decided to delay two performances that were initially set for April 25 and 26 in Brossard. These events have now been moved to September 20 and October 7, respectively.
Nathalie Charest conveyed that although Claude is upset about the rescheduling of the concert, his well-being takes precedence. She reassured that the audience would comprehend the necessity for these changes.

Adjusting Concert Schedule
Following the surgery, Dubois plans to uphold his other scheduled performances. Concerts in Gatineau on May 1 and Saint-Hyacinthe on June 27 are set to proceed as intended. He is anticipated to continue his tour with a show in Saint-Jérôme around mid-August.
Symphonic Biography Performance
The concert named “Biographie symphonique,” a purely musical tribute to the works of Dubois, will proceed as planned by the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal on April 7, 8, and 9. Claude Dubois is not anticipated to be part of this performance.
